Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) Requests - FY2022

The Fiscal Year 2022 federal appropriations process includes opportunities to fund local projects through Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS). Reforms to the appropriations process were announced on April 26, 2021 by Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy that the Senate Appropriations Committee will, on a bipartisan basis, accept requests for CDS items for appropriations bills for the fiscal year that begins October 1, 2021. Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies
