Senator Murkowski Questions US Army Lt. General West on Defense Health Care

During a Defense Appropriations Subcommittee hearing, Senator Lisa Murkowski Questioned Lieutenant General Nadja West, Surgeon General of the U.S. Army, on whether Bassett Army Community Hospital will be ready to address the influx of airmen and military families coming to Eielson Air Force Base in the 2020 time-frame, Army specialists consulting on the Indian Health Service, and research on ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
