Murkowski Urges Obama Administration to Expand the Role of Nuclear Power

As the ranking Republican on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, Senator Murkowski has urged the Obama administration to expand the role of nuclear power in its energy strategy. Murkowski made her remarks in a Senate floor speech as energy committee members in the Senate and the House of Representatives seek to craft new energy legislation.
